– Manage IT Client Services Management to follow the following standards, including:
– Incident Management
– Problem Management
– Change Management
– Vendor / Supplier Management
– CMDB / Asset Management
– DR / BCP Planning and Management
– Work closely with regional IT services team on the above ITIL management and coordination.
– Provide documentations and reporting for the regional team to follow and reference.
– Review major incident and problems with the services team.
– Work closely with Senior IT Management on service management policy change.
– At least 5 years experience in Information Technology with solid experience in ITIL management.
– ITIL Foundation Certification is required.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
– Experience in financial control and budgeting is highly preferred.
– Experience in contract, SLA negotiation and vendor management is highly preferred.
– Experience in a regional environment with multiple countries and cultures would be highly preferred.
