Our client, a top-tier Investment Bank is now seeking a talented and dedicated IT Security Support to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
– Provide support of the Security Hotline – provide customer facing helpdesk support for security administration requests and issues
– Interpret customer requests, validate that approval processes are followed
– Track and report security access exception grants, revokes, and suspensions according to documented procedures
– Initiate incident communications
– Assist clients with questions on supported services
– Assist in gathering data for metrics and reports when necessary
– Provide shift work with the team to provide a 12 x 7 coverage
Required Skills:
– 1-5 years of IT admin experience in a complex technology environment
– Understanding of security administration concepts and technologies would be preferred, including:
– Basic Windows and Linux OS
– Managing user accounts in OS, web applications, databases, and other common platforms
– Understanding of least privilege and being able to identify too much access
– Understanding of information sensitivity
– Entitlements systems and models
– Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent English is required
– Good customer facing skills
– Remain productive during slow times, be able to multi-task during busy times, be able to effectively work in a high-pressured environment
– Must be a team player
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
– Motivated self starter with a passion for learning
