Our client, one of the top firms in Finance, are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Support Lead to join their team.
– SOLID experience in a fast-paced Infrastructure support role
– Support, troubleshoot, installations, upgrades, and infrastructure rollouts for their Wintel infrastructure (Windows Desktop, Server, Exchange, Active Directory etc).
– Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in a hands-on, leadership/team-lead role
– MUST HAVE proven track record in a Trade Floor or Dealing Room support role: leading a small team to support traders & brokers
– Additional expertise in Networking (routers, switches, firewalls etc), Virtualisation, AV/Backup, and Apple/Blackberry/Telephony a definite advantage
– Good University degree in Computer Science (or relevant)
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English and Cantonese
