Our client, one of the top global technology firms are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a talented team player to join a strong, tightly knit group in a great working environment
Requirements:
– At least 5 years experience in a hands-on helpdesk role (please give specific information on what technologies you have supported):
– Windows XP – Windows 7
– Active Directory administration + GPOs
– Ticketing systems (BMC Remedy etc)
– Additional expertise with voice & videoconferencing (Cisco, Avaya, Nortel) & handheld (Blackberry, iPhone) a definite advantage
– Good University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
– Additional expertise and/or certification in Microsoft (MCITP), support (ITIL) or networking (CCNA) would be very useful
– Excellent communication skills in English a must
