Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for an IT Finance Director to strategize their IT Finance and Spending control across the IT division. The selected candidate will be driving strategic IT investment and IT finance control framework. High-profile position with great leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:
– Work with the IT Leadership to drive key metrics in reviewing performance and efficiency
– Implement indicators, metrics, and reporting to review the division performance and efficiency, and identify underperformance areas across the firm.
– Manage the IT Finance function across planning, forecasting, and expense tracking across the firm. Manage the Finance Control function with regular review.
– Analyze the right IT Finance strategy with vendors, consultancy, and offshore resources management.
– Propose, agree, implement, monitor, and report on key Finance KPIs.
– Advise and execute the creation, processing, monitoring, and governance of commercial contracts with vendors and suppliers. Maintain and review contracts/SOWs and acceptance criteria against payment milestones.

Requirements:
– At least 12 years of experience in managing IT Finance and Accounting Management in a large enterprise environment.
– Experience in leading technology operations to greatly improve team performance, culture, and efficiency.
– Experience in managing IT finance / PMO functions in a full project management lifecycle.
– Experience in managing IT Financing strategy including IT consultancy and vendors.
– Great analytical and financial accounting skills, ability to analyze the financial number and accounting data.
– CPA is good to have.
– Excellent Communications skill in English.
– University Degree in Accounting and Finance, or Information Systems from a reputable University.
