What this person will be doing:
– We are looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us recruit consultants in both our Singapore and Hong Kong offices. We are looking to hire 5-6 consultants in Singapore initially and around 2-3  more in Hong Kong. This can be done via Campus Recruitment/Job Boards/Headhunting or simply Networking
– This person will also be responsible for all our marketing (Social Media/Job Boards) and will coordinate with our Account Managers and recruiters to ensure that jobs are quickly posted on various job boards
– Ideally, this person will also help with other routine HR tasks such as helping with visa processing, ensuring that we are on top of legislation requirements for recruitment firms in both Singapore and Hong Kong

Requirements:
– Any sort of HR experience combined with Internal Talent Acquisition Experience in Singapore (campus requirement or internal recruitment)
– Experience in Campus Recruitment and a connection to various Singapore Institutions is a big plus
– Understanding of labour laws and privacy laws in Singapore
– Some sort of experience in marketing. Knowing how to use the various Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) in a creative fashion to keep followers engaged
– Recruitment coordination experience between candidates and managers
– Enthusiasm about working for a company in a ‘start-up’ like environment and wearing multiple hats if need be
– Good communication skills are required as this person will be working in a multi-cultural environment
