Our client, a leading well-known global financial institution is looking for a Systems Manager for their growing innovative digital projects. You will be the key person who drive the technical development of their next-gen client facing applications.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and responsible for the digital platform across system development and projects.
– Lead development team through the whole SDLC across user requirement collection, analysis and design, development, SIT, UAT, implementation and support.
– Drive the technical and architectural design.
– Design and evaluate innovative solution, and decide technical development plan.
– Manage external vendors and overseas development team.

Requirements:
– Extensive Web application development and implementation experience. Candidate with areas in mobile or cloud technologies would be highly preferred.
– Good development background in Java, J2EE, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Spring, Ajax would be preferred.
– Strong development management background in system design and architecture design. Good project management, team management, stakeholder management would be great.
– Ability to think outside the box. Experience to implement new mobile / digital ideas into an enterprise environment would be highly preferred.
