Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their innovative technology team. The selected candidate will work with business and technology stakeholders in driving innovative technologies projects. Great exposure and opportunity.

Responsibilities:
– Act as the bridge between business users and the IT team to coordinate requirements analysis.
– Work with the business team to ensure requirements and business cases are properly communicated.
– Lead the dashboard and reporting development process from end to end.
– Manage the BA activities across different business specifications, test cases and UAT.
– Review business requirements to ensure they are aligned with global standards.

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with exposure to banking applications is highly preferred.
– Sounds domain knowledge in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Global Liquidity or Cash Management, and Securities.
– Solid experience in the business analysis including writing user stories, requirement collections, analysis etc.
– Good Leadership, Project Management, Coordination and Communication skills.
– Knowledge of the banking industry.
– Good communication skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a good plus.
– University Degree from a reputable University.
