My client, a global financial institution, is looking for an Infrastructure Vendor Manager to join their infrastructure service team. This person will be facilitating infrastructure services with major local vendors. Great career future and development. Perm position.

Responsibilities:
– Build/Manage long-term strategic relationship with the vendor
– Manage/Lead the vendor to achieve quality service delivery to ensure that local/regional business needs are met; Provide contract management
– Review and manage Infrastructure services. Hold regular SLA meetings with vendors to ensure the infrastructure services are meeting the agreed service level and quality.
– Measure the performance of IT vendors and provide quality assurance to ensure desired quality of service (including quality, cost, productivity, relationship)
– Provide Transition and Change Management

Required Skills:
– IT professional with 6 years+ experience, ideally with IT Infrastructure Support experience at a supervisory level.
– Outsourcing Vendor management experience
– Good knowledge of IT infrastructure services
– University degree in Computer Science or related fields
– Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure area including Desktop, Network, Wintel, Unix, AIX and SAN Storage
– Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Products including Windows 7 / 10, Office, SharePoint, SCCM, etc
– Ability to take self-initiatives and provide leadership to high-performing teams
– PMP / ITIL Foundation Certifications is preferred.
– Strong problem solving capabilities
