Our client is a global leading financial institution, they are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Lead to manage their overall infrastructure technology across operations, services, and control. Exciting role with a sizeable infrastructure scale. Great leadership and stakeholder management role.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the entire infrastructure management and operations across all the technologies including Data Center, Security, Hosting, Network, Unix, Windows, Cloud, Database, and Storage.
– Establish an infrastructure support framework for the system and network across change management, availability management, capacity management, asset management, and configuration management.
– Establish infrastructure governance framework and maintenance standards, policies, procedures, and best practices across the region.
– Manage IT Infrastructure services across incidents, change, and risk management.
– Work with external vendors and service products across project development and system maintenance.
– Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with senior leaders, technology team, business, IT teams, and service providers.

Required Skills/Experience:
– Extensive working experience in managing large-scale infrastructure in a large financial environment.
– Extensive experience in leading infrastructure operations and services.
– Sound technical knowledge across server computing, networks, storage, middleware, and end-user computing.
– Strong vendor and project management skills.
– Excellent communication skills in English, ability to interact with senior-level management on delivering technical ideas and concepts.
– Excellent Leadership skills to manage a sizeable technology team.
