My client, a leading international asset management firm based in Hong Kong, is actively seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have proven experience across the network, server and VM space.

The role:
– Liaise with telco vendors and headquarters Infra team on troubleshooting and provide quick solutions on network, server and VM issues.
– Manage the update of Windows/Linux server/desktop and firmware of network/server equipment
– Manage IT equipment and the application system procurement process
– Run daily health checks of office and data centre network, servers and VM farm
– Design and implement new solutions and/or improve the efficiency and cybersecurity of current infrastructure
– Respond to compliance and various parties on audit and regulatory enquiry
– Provide advice on IT policies and best practice guides for the organization

What you offer:
– At least 4+ years of working experience in a related discipline
– Experience and maturity to work in an international environment
– Able to put together project plans and coordinate projects
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to have technical discussions with vendors and internal personnel
– Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
– Experience in network management and cybersecurity
– Experience in windows/linux server, VM server farm management, windows domain
– Experience in server backup management
– Knowledge of server room management, website domain management, and office application systems (Microsoft 365, Barracuda, Avaya, etc.) preferred.
– Knowledge of SFC regulatory requirements is a big plus
