Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for an Information Security Lead in managing their entire 1LOD Security Platform and Technology. The selected candidates will be leading the cyber security, governance, and operations of the group.

Responsibilities:
– Manage overall IT Security including cybersecurity, governance, and operations.
– Manage the security solutions and technologies including Endpoint Detection and Response System, Data Loss Prevention System, and Identity Acess Management System across selection, implementation, and support.
– Lead the Security review of the infrastructure, network, and endpoint setup across current processes, design, and configuration to ensure it is in adherence to the best practices and security standards.
– Define and maintain the security framework and provide security assessments.
– Evaluate and assesses emerging technologies to cope with changing the risk of the firm’s environment. Provide financial forecasts and planning on future information security tools and services investment.

Requirements:
– At least 10 years of experience in IT and Cyber Security roles in the financial or banking sector.
– Strong understanding of IT security, governance, and SOC in a large financial environment.
– Strong project management skills with proven experience in managing large-scale IT Security System implementation projects and delivery.
– Good understanding of IT Governance and Risk Management.
– Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
– Security Certificates in CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
– Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science related field from a reputable University.
