Our client, a global large financial group, is looking for an Incident Management Support Analyst for their Digital and Web Application Platform. They have a large range of digital platforms which requires proper incident management. Excellent career prospects and growth potential.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the incident management and support for the digital and web application for the group.
– Maintain production support management and divert the production issues to the appropriate application teams.
– Maintain application support knowledge-based and change management across the application platforms.
– Provide application support for high-performance digital web and mobile platform.
– Work with development teams regarding long-term support issues and improvements; Proactively find ways to improve the long-term stability of the platforms.
– Provide project management as necessary (capacity, performance, upgrades, reporting, documentation) 

Requirements:
– 5 years+ of production support experience in the application space, ideally with digital and web platform.
– Programming experience in J2EE is highly preferred.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill. Ability to drive change and improvement for the platform through the production support.
– Incident Management experience with ITIL. Experience in Change Management of application.
– Good Database knowledge in SQL.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills and be attentive to details.
– Excellent communication in English and Cantonese, and interpersonal skills. Good team player.
