A leading financial services institution is looking for an experienced In-House Recruitment Specialist to focus on hiring activity across the Asia Pacific region.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Asia
– Work closely with hiring managers on all recruitment issues, understanding their recruitment needs by attending job briefings and recommending appropriate sourcing channels
– Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
– Work closely with key recruitment vendors, review performance and review new vendors as required
– Provide recruitment related reports on market data, analysis on trends and recruitment statistics
– Devise local hiring metrics inclusive of diversity initiatives
– Perform ad hoc projects and drive regional / global initiatives
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 3+ years of recruitment experience essential
– Experienced in-house recruiter within a Financial Services Institution
– Good presentation and communication skills, both written and oral, fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
– Detail oriented with highly developed client services skills
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
– Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and within teams
