Our client, a leading law firm in Hong Kong is looking for a strong in-house IT trainer and helpdesk support professional to join their team.

Job Duties:
– Conduct IT training to internal users including MS office, Document Management System, Worksite, and other applications used by the firm
– Provide new staff training and orientation
– Provide Help Desk support to users in Hong Kong & PRC Offices
– Perform computer hardware and software installation, configuration, testing and maintenance

Requirements:
– University Graduate or above with major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications
– Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is preferred
– Experience in working in a customer orientated helpdesk / technical support environment
– Good inter-personal and communication skills
– Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
– Solid experience in conducting training programs is preferred
