Our client is an InsurTech SaaS provider, looking for an Implementation Engineer to join the Professional Services Team. The Implementation Engineer works with various internal teams as well as external customers to fulfill customer feature requirements. Ideally, someone with strong technical background, and experience interacting with clients and meeting clients’ requirements would be a good fit.

Job Requirement
– Work with clients to analyze requirements from both functional and technical perspectives
– Capable to articulate and translate problems into actionable solutions
– Configure, integrate and customize products to fulfill the client’s business requirements
– Capable of performing bespoke integration, app and internal tools development
– Participate in customer consultation
– Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Service, and Customer Success teams
– Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer client release deployments

Technical Expertise
– Integration experience with a different type of systems and services using APIs or other integration patterns
– Programming in Typescript or other scripting languages
– Experience with at least 1 of the following:
– Modern web application frontend development
– Setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
– Experience with AWS or other enterprise cloud services

These skills are not required but are a plus:
– Working in a startup or Agile development environments
– Experience with automated testing
– Experience in multi-platform web applications (desktop, mobile)
– Experience with SQL
– Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
– Experience with Open API, web security and privacy
