Our client, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking an IAM (Identity Access Management) Technology Delivery Lead to join the new project team. You would be a leading person in driving a large-scale IAM Technology delivery project.

Responsibilities:
– Led the delivery of IAM (Identity and Access Management) technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and completion within agreed timelines and budget.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop project plans.
– Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
– Oversee the development of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access management, and authentication technologies.
– Conduct regular project status meetings, reporting progress and addressing any issues or risks.
– Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IAM technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing systems.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Proven experience in leading IAM technology projects, from requirements gathering to successful implementation.
– Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies, including user provisioning, access management, and authentication protocols.
– Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as ForgeRock, Okta, or SailPoint.
– Experience in Project Management and Technical Solution Delivery.
– Industry experience from the financial services industry would be a great plus.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
