Our client, a tier 1 global MNC, is looking for a client-facing HRIS project and implementations leader.
Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the HR Transformation and Change Management consultancy team to develop and implement HRIS programmes across all HR functions for global clients
– Lead the HRIS team to identify and gather client requirements, provide recommendations on HRIS solutions and data strategies, and manage vendor selection activities
– Manage multiple HRIS consultancy and implementation programmes, ensuring they are delivered within agreed scope, budgets, and timescales
– Deliver IT solutions and provide Subject Matter Expert advisory and support
– Provide strong leadership and management – recruit, train, coach, mentor the HRIS team members
– Develop new and existing client relationships, and implement business development strategies to generate consultancy projects
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 10+ years of HRIS project management experience, mostly gained from consultancy firm
– Strong experience in HRIS implementation, with expert HR technology knowledge (incl. SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Workday etc.)
– Proven business development and project management skills
– Good knowledge of HR practices and commercial awareness
– Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin, additional Cantonese language advantageous
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
– Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
– Strong organisational and time management skills
