A global bank is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their HR Shared Services team, to provide operational support and advisory services to employees within the APAC region
Principle Responsibilities:
– Provide cost effective, efficient and flexible HR services and advisory to staff and managers, from employee onboarding through to termination
– Process and manage the administration of HR Shared Service functions, including, onboarding/terminations, payroll and benefits, tax, staff records, logistics for L&D, vendor billing, expense claims and relocation services for International Assignments
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree or equivalent
– 4+ years of HR experience within banking industry in APAC, preferably in HR Shared Services / HR Service Delivery Centre
– Strong technical proficiency with MS Office applications and Peoplesoft
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in English, additional Chinese language (Cantonese/Mandarin) highly desirable
– Detailed orientated with highly developed client services skills
– Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
– Team player, with the ability to work independently
