A tier one investment bank is seeking a Senior HR Generalist (up to VP) to provide support and advisory services to their front office business divisions.
Principle Responsibilities:
– Work as a HR Business Partner, providing extensive HR solutions and strategy to the front office business division
– Perform analysis and reporting for processes including, headcount, attrition and diversity
– Provide advice to managers and employees on all employee relations matters
– Plan and implement key processes, such as, performance reviews, year-end compensation, promotions, succession planning
– Collaborate with HR teams for campus / lateral recruitment, internal transfers, international assignments, professional development
– Work closely with the HR Generalists/HR teams to ensure consistency across HR related transactions, projects and initiatives
– Work in partnership with the Recruitment and Compensation teams, manage the new hire offers process and provide compensation recommendations
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree or equivalent
– 7+ years of HR related experience within investment banking industry (front office experience highly preferred)
– Detailed orientated with highly developed client services skills
– Strong Leadership skills and ability to liaise and influence at all levels
– Strong analytical skills, and technical proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint
– Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
