
We are looking for a dynamic, effective and cheerful person to be our Office Manager and support a team of front office recruiters
Job Responsibilities:
– Help coordinate interviews and send out meeting invites to candidates and recruiters
– Help with contract generation by printing / scanning and thinking out of the box when the printer doesn’t work!
– Ad hoc tasks like buying snacks for team, buying stationery, etc
– Help format CVs, rewrite job advertisements and check emails and CVs for spelling mistakes
– Taking meeting notes and using different online channels including our whiteboard to write things down
– Other tasks responsible for the smooth functioning of the company. We need a person who wears a smile and comes with a can-do attitude
Qualifications
– Some experience as an Office Manager at a small company
– Good knowledge if Microsoft Word and generally tech-savvy (web, social media stuff)
– Some sort of experience on the phone would be great – either a Customer Service officer or a helpdesk person
– Detail-minded and well-organized. Good team player.
– Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese skills
– Not a qualification but a sense of humour is just as important as all the other stuff!
– Again, we need a person with a can-do attitude who is able to wear a smile!
