A well-established leading MNC is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong.

Principal Responsibilities:
– Work as a HR Business Partner, providing extensive HR solutions and strategy the business
– Work closely with the Recruitment team and business managers to implement recruitment strategy, and provide support throughout the process, from identifying recruitment needs through to the offer management process
– Provide HR advisory and services to senior executives and line managers, including compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, organizational development etc
– Design and project manage key talent management processes
– Maintain HR policies and procedures, provide communication, guidance and conduct training courses to employees and managers
– Manage Employee Relation cases, provide advice to managers and employees on all employment related issues, including, disciplinary, grievances, performance, restructures, terminations etc; carry out investigation and assist in resolution, seeking support from the Legal, Compliance, Finance teams as necessary
– Perform analysis and reporting for headcount, attrition, diversity, and HR audits

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 5+ years of related HR experience (HR Business Partner / Generalist) within a sizable global firm
– Willing to take a hands-on approach
– Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact, influence and build relationships at all levels
– Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
– Strong analytical skills for data analysis, and technical proficiency with Excel (vlookup/pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Chinese word processing
– Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
