A leading investment bank is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their regional HR team.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Work as a HR Business Partner, providing extensive HR solutions and strategy across all business units in the APAC region
– Design and project manage key talent management processes
– Maintain Employee Relation policies and procedures, provide communication, guidance and conduct training courses to employees and managers
– Manage all Employee Relation cases, provide advice to managers and employees on all employment related issues, including, disciplinary, grievances, performance, restructures, terminations etc; carry out investigation and assist in resolution, seeking support from the Legal, Compliance, Finance teams as necessary
– Perform analysis and reporting for headcount, attrition, diversity, and HR audits
– Work closely with the HR Business Partners within the region, to ensure consistency across HR related transactions, projects and initiatives
– Keep informed of APAC employment law and implement changes
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 5+ years of related HR experience (HR Business Partner / Generalist / Employee Relations) within finance industry
– General knowledge of employment laws / practices in APAC
– Knowledge and experience in managing Employee Relation issues
– Strong analytical skills for data analysis, and technical proficiency with Excel (vlookup/pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, Access
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact, influence/negotiate at all levels
– Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
– Excellent verbal and written skills
