Our client, a large enterprise with a strong presence in hospitality and premium membership services, is looking for a Technical Project Manager in driving their future technology projects as well as leading the technology team. It is a rare opportunity in leading large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the large-scale technology project across hospitality and CRM-related systems.
– Lead the technology delivery with appropriate frameworks, methods, and best practices across the solutions delivery and execution process.
– Oversee technology project management on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, team, resource management, etc.
– Provide technical expertise and business acumen to the key project stakeholders.
– Manage the technology project with clear visibility and transparency of the delivery progress, resource, potential risk, and schedule management.
– Provide direction, consultancy, and support to business and project teams.
– Manage and develop a matrix project team including onshore and offshore resources.
– Establish clear accountabilities and authority for different team members and build a strong culture across the project team.

Requirements:
– Around 15 years of experience in enterprise technology solutions, ideally with end-to-end project experience across design, implementation, and delivery.
– Strong project management and technical leadership experience.
– Extensive system design and technical application development project experience in an enterprise-level setup.
– Experience in applications and open source technology using Microsoft .NET Framework, C#.NET, Java, MS SQL, Oracle etc.
– Great personality and people skill to work with all level of people including senior business leaders.
– Enterprise systems including CRM, HRIS, Membership, and/or Hospitality exposure would be a great plus.
– Experience in adopting Agile / Scrum Methodology.
– Candidates from a Consultancy background would also be preferred.
– University degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a reputed university.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
