
Our client, an international western bank, is currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support to join their IT Support team. The selected candidate will be responsible servicing the international banking unit. Work-life balance position with good firm culture.
Responsibilities:
– Provide IT Support including End User Computing and market data systems to internal users across the banking and financial business.
– Maintain a stable and consistency desktop infrastructure services.
– Handle daily support and incidents with proper incident management process, aligning with the internal service level.
– Surprise local vendors on delivering IT services.
– Responsible for applications deployment and executions.
Requirements:
– 3 years experience in an IT Helpdesk Support role with a Banking or Financial environment.
– Strong knowledge in computer hardware and software including Windows Desktop, MS Office, and back-end administration (Windows Server, AD, Exchange).
– Must have experience supporting applications in a trading environment (Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters).
– Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and support.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese.
– Bachelor / Higher Diploma in IT related discipline.
