
Our client, one of the leading global investment banks, are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their IT team. The selected candidate will be part of a team supporting firmwide users (including the front office). Great career potential and growth.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to telephone / email / instant messenger enquiries from internal users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution.
– Hands-on role including installation, systems testing and day-to-day support covering end-user desktop, server / infrastructure and trading applications.
Requirements:
– 3+ years experience as a Technical Support / Helpdesk in a Banking environment.
– Knowledge in computer hardware (PC, server, laptop / notebook and mobile & handhelds) and software including Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook / Notes, and back-end administration (Windows Server, AD, Exchange / Domino, networking).
– Experience supporting applications in a trading environment (Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters) a big plus.
– Proactive and positive attitude. Excellent customer service oriented mindset.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
– Bachelor / Higher Diploma in IT related discipline.
