
Our client, one of the leading global financial firm, is currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their IT team. The selected candidate will be part of a team supporting senior stakeholders. International Environment. Great career potential and growth.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to telephone / email / instant messenger enquiries from internal users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution.
– Hands-on role including systems testing, installation, and day-to-day support covering end-user desktop, and business applications.
– Manage IT Inventory and maintain a proper record.
– Maintain routine hardware and software maintenance for the end user space.
– Support Infrastructure related projects.
Requirements:
– 2 years experience as a Technical Support / Helpdesk in an enterprise en.
– Knowledge in computer hardware and software including Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook / Notes, and back-end administration (Windows Server, AD, Exchange / Domino, networking).
– Proactive and positive attitude. Excellent customer service oriented mindset.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese.
– Bachelor / Higher Diploma in IT related discipline.
