A startup rapidly expanding around the globe is looking for a Helpdesk Support / Customer Service for join their energetic team. You will be providing 1st line support for their clients from different countries.
A very promising startup with strong investor’s funding. Clients are located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and the U.S.
– Provide technical support for their product’s software
– Respond to telephone / email / instant messenger enquiries from clients on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution
– Install, configure, upgrade and conduct testing on clients’ system remotely
– Create and maintain a knowledge base for technical issues and solutions
– 3+ years experience in a Technical Support / Helpdesk role facing multinational users
– Bachelor / Higher Diploma in IT related discipline
– Proactive and positive attitude. Excellent customer service oriented mindset
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
