Our client, a top firm is looking for a talented IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team.

Requirements:
– SOLID experience in a fast-paced Infrastructure support role
– Support, troubleshoot, installations, upgrades, and infrastructure rollouts for their Wintel infrastructure (Windows Server, Desktop, Exchange, AD etc)
– Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in a hands-on role
– Additional expertise in Networking (routers, switches, firewalls etc), Virtualisation, AV/Backup, and Apple/Blackberry/Telephony a definite advantage
– Good University degree in Computer Science (or relevant)
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
