Our client, a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a Head of IT Governance, Control and Finance. Senior Leadership role with lots of opportunity to grow in this bank.

Requirements:
– Manage a sizeable team in IT Governance, IT Compliance and Finance functions. Directly reporting to the CIO on firmwise IT strategy and resources management.
– Be familiar with the latest regulations change from HKMA. Ability to formulate new control and guideline across the IT functions.
– Formulate and strategize the IT procedures and policy. Develop rules and guidelines on Project Governance, IT Budget, Finance and Resource Planning.
– Manage the IT Budget align with the firm strategies and IT directions.
– Work with senior IT Management, Finance and related business on IT Finance Management, Budget and Resources.
– Oversight the firm IT Governance including Finance, Risk Management and Compliance.

Requirements:
– Strong Leadership Experience in managing IT Governance and IT budgeting.
– In-depth knowledge and experience in driving project budgets, resources and headcounts.
– Good knowledge and understanding of banking regulations (HKMA / SFC), IT Compliance and Risk Management Framework.
– In-depth understanding of IT Governance, Compliance and Risk Control. Experience in managing IT Audit.
– Good accounting knowledge on IT Budgeting and Management.
– Great communications skills and people skills with the senior management. Chinese Ability (Including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
– MBA would be a great plus.
