My client, a leading investment bank is looking for a Head of Cyber Risk to manage their regional cyber security risk management. You will be part of the senior leader to drive the firmwise Cyber Risks governance, framework and standard.

Responsibilities:
– As the key person to develop, manage and conduct regional cyber risk management review program, which include the establishment of governance, framework and standard to align with the firm’s best practices, cyber security policies and standard.
– Define and enforce the cyber security policies and standards.
– Define and build KPIs and KRIs Reporting of cyber security to senior stakeholders and management.
– Define the cyber security platforms and systems across reviews, assessments and roadmaps.
– Work with senior management and explain cyber security risk management and related matters.
– Manage Cyber Security Risk Management Project.
– Lead and manage cyber security related vendor selection, negotiation and management. 

Requirements:
– 10 years+ of experience in Cyber Risk Management, Information Security, IT Audit or related areas.
– Management experience in handling stakeholder’s relationship, resistance to change, bring projects to agreement, negotiation etc.
– Strong IT system audit and technology risk management experience.
– Strong regional IT risk and security experience.
– Great leadership and influencing skill, experience in leading a sizeable technology team.  Experience working with senior level stakeholders.
– Excellent communications skills in English.
– Degree from a Reputable University.
– Security or related certifications in CISM, CISA, CRISC.
– Great project management sills in PMP and Prince2.
