Our client, a leading global financial institution, is looking for a true technologist to lead their agile delivery and digital transformation. They are looking for a technology executive with proven track record in Agile Delivery to drive digital transformation across Asia. Excellent role with an expanding firm.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the Agile delivery and build the capacity across Asia.
– Work with the senior management team and business leader to drive and promote the Agile strategy and direction.
– Introduce Agile principles, Scrum methodology across the development team in Asia.
– Lead Agile and Digital transformation projects.
– Maintain and build Agile Maturity model, roadmap and SLDC framework.
– Provide Agile Coaching for the tech teams in Asia.
– Develop and maintain Digital Strategy and Roadmaps.
– Review and drive resources for digital initiatives and programme
– Nurture innovative collaborative culture.

Requirements:
– Proven Agile delivery experience in a large enterprise organization.
– Experience in delivering digital transformation and programme.
– Experience in bringing Agile and Scrum methodology into a sizeable development team.
– Certified Scrum Master or Professional is highly preferred.
– Strong personality and leadership to bring change and transformation to the organization.
– Great stakeholders management skill to work with the senior management.
– Bachelor or Master Degree in Technology or Innovation from a reputable University.
