Great opportunity to work as a hands-on, Technical Support Lead (Infrastructure) for a top MNC.

You will have:
– Over 8+ years experience in a lead role

– Managing a team of around 5 staff to provide IT Infrastructure Support
– Leading internal and external Vendors & Service Providers to cover global IT support

– Experience in AS MANY of the following as possible (please state and clearly break down exactly how many years experience)

– Platforms: Novell, Windows, Unix etc
– Server & Storage: File Server, Storage, Backup etc
– Networking: Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, design & documentation etc
– Desktop Services: PCs, Printers, Image building etc

– Practical experience in ITIL – setting up and establishing processes and practices a big plus
