Our client, one of the world’s leading Investment and Asset Management firms, is now looking for a proven IT Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the IT team, as well being tasked with driving the implementation of the firm’s Windows refreshment program.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of L1 and L2 engineers, including mentoring, training, career development; as well as being the technical escalation point for the team.
– Drive the design, implementation and roll out of IT projects including a major, firmware upgrade of the current Windows infrastructure.
– Work closely with the Head of IT and overseas HQ (senior management, network and other IT teams) for delivery of IT projects, compliance with IT standards etc.

Requirements:
– At least 10 years’ experience in a Windows environment including Windows Server, Desktop, networking etc.
– Experience in the Financial, Insurance or banking industry is a must.
– Proven track record (including hands-on installation / configuration / support) delivery IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, or office build outs.
– Strong team management experience including guidance / mentoring and team development.
– University degree from a reputed university.
– Excellent English and Chinese.
