This team runs autonomously and has high visibility globally. Someone who knows the inner workings of a computer and has an expert level understanding of C++ development.

Responsibilities:
– Working on greenfield system development of the multi-threaded, high throughput and low latency algo trading platform
– Manage functional design and technical design across the new applications development.
– Design and plan system build, architecture, development and implementation.
– Work as a team of C++ Software Developers to deliver high quality software coding.
– Provide technology ideas and approaches on functional and technical levels.
– Provide feasibility, proof-of-concept evaluation to ensure the solution is matching what the business need.

Requirements:
– At least 3 years of development experience with C++.
– Extensive experience in Linux based C++ development.
– Experience knowledge in application architecture and design patterns
– Experience with STL and Boost Library.
– Experience with high throughput and low latency application design and development.
– Experience in Low Latency Development in an area like algo trading highly preferred.
– Proven experience across full SDLC, ability to bring software best practices into the team.
– Ability to be hands on in terms of coding and also in designing/architecture.
– University degree from a reputed university.
– Finance background preferred but not required. Candidates from the telecommunications space with strong experience in C/C++ development will also be considered.
Good command of spoken/written English.
