Our client is a leading securities trading firm, they are looking for an Application Support Engineer for their FX and Bullion Trading business. The selected candidate will be supporting the internal users and the technology team.

Responsibilities:
– Provide application support on trading platforms on FX and Bullion, including Trading and Price feed system.
– Support the testing, release, and production support of the trading platform.
– Define project scope and timeline, plan resources and risk mitigation across the projects
– Manage incidents, issues, and requests from businesses and technology teams.

Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in supporting mission-critical systems
– Experience in Financial Trading Systems on any asset classes.
– Experience in Trading connectivity, price feeding system are a good plus.
– Good knowledge of system analysis and design on Windows and Linux platforms.
– Hands-on experience in database systems such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
– Development experience in C#, .Net or Java.
– Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline(s).
