A fascinating opportunity for a senior project director to join a global asset management firm. Selected candidate will be managing global FO trading technology project working with senior management and decision makers. High profile position with great compensation. 100M+ USD in the budget.

Responsibilities:
– Act as the Project Leader in driving the global front office technology implementation project.
– Responsible for the development of project plan, budget, resources management etc.
– Work with the stakeholders to define project scope, project charters, assessing risks, constraints across the Asia region.
– Provide strategic direction for the front office technology and functions with the entire project.
– Monitor and control the projects comparing the actual progress and project planning. Perform required analysis and assessment to identify risk and issues. Implement necessary corrective actions if needed.
– Work closely with the stakeholders on communications and management. Ensuring all the team members and stakeholders are achieving the same project objectives.

Requirements:
– Extensive working experience in the asset management industry. Proven experience in management large scale front office technology project.
– Extensive experience and knowledge in OMS technologies, such as Bloomberg AIM or Charles River.
– Strong leadership skill in leading projects. Ability to work with senior level stakeholders on a global or regional level.
– Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Able to solve conflicts and defuse tension among global project members.
– PMP certification is highly preferred.
– Bachelor / Master Degree from a reputable University.
