Our client, a global leading asset management firm, is looking for a Functional Business Analyst for their global Front Office transformation project. Selected candidate would be working with large-scale global projects. Great remuneration and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Work with global project team and front office users on Front Office transformation project, including, Order and Trade Management, Compliance, Asset Allocation, Performance, and Risk etc.
– Work the global team members to collect and analyze business requirements and specification.
– Prepare business requirement documentations and specifications. Ability translates them to the IT team.
– Ensure all the applications and processes are meeting the regulatory and compliance requirement.
– Development of test strategies, test plans, test cases and expected results with users to ensure the applications are meeting expected deliverables.

Requirements:
– At least 5 years experience in Business Analysis in the Asset Management industry.
– Strong business functions experience ideally in the Front Office area.
– Strong understanding of performance analytics covering Risk integrated with market data.
– Strong understanding of the trade order execution life cycle for equity, fixed income, derivatives and structured products.
– Strong Business Analysis skills in documentations including Use Cases and User Stories.
– Process re-engineering and transformation experience would be preferred.
– Excellent Communications skills in English and Chinese.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
