Our client, a leading global investment, is looking for a strong Application Support professional to join their electronic trading production support team. Excellent business exposure and growth!

Responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day production support, incident and crisis management for mission-critical electronic trading applications, including exchange connectivity, market data feed, OMS etc
– Perform daily system health checking, monitoring & testing, perform analysis, development, testing and implementation of new clients connections for various system
– Manage operational risk in a complex, fast-moving, trading environment
– Ensure thorough response in the entire incident response life cycle
– Work closely with site reliability engineering and development teams to implement CI/ CD process and DevOps practice

Requirements
– Working experience in Investment Banking or Securities Trading industry with solid knowledge in incident management lifecycle.
– Good knowledge and skills on Windows, UNIX, Linux, Sybase, Oracle database, incident and release management process
– Experience with equities trading and FIX protocol
– Able to work closely with technology teams and business users. Good command of English, good communication and interpersonal skills
