Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a highly skilled and experienced FIX Connectivity Implementation Specialist. Responsibilities:
– Provide implementation and support for high-performance trading system and client connectivity applications using FIX
– Be the subject matter expert in the related systems and the regional markets
– Work with development teams regarding long-term support issues and improvements; Proactively find ways to improve the long-term stability of the trading platform
– Configure the environment and system with Scripting in Shell / Perl

Requirements:
– At least 3 years’ experience in FIX Connectivity / Trading System support / development and/or implementation
– Extensive experience in FIX Connectivity Protocol
– Sound technical knowledge in Linux/Unix/Shell/Perl/SQL
– Experience in a Securities Trading environment either at an Investment Bank or a brokerage
– Programming background in a multi-threaded environment (Unix/Java) a big plus
– Engineering degree from a reputed University
– Good functional knowledge of APAC financial markets
