My client, a well-known enterprise with multiple business lines is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing technology team. The selected candidate will be driving their ERP, HR, and Corporate Systems technology development with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
– Work with the business across HR, finance, operations, supply chain, etc to understand the business requirements and process.
– Understand different technology trends across the business.
– Work with the Project team to design and develop the technology strategy which aligns with the business goal.
– Define project goal and objective, with structural analysis of business requirements.
– Prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications.
– Manage change requests and priorities for different business needs.
– Conduct impact analysis based on the requirements.
– Manage and coordinate UAT.

 Requirements:
– Around 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in a large enterprise environment or consulting background.
– Experience with ERP system knowledge would be highly preferred.
– Exposure to HR, Accounting, workflow applications, RPA, BPM, BI tools, and dashboard development is a great plus.
– System integration concepts with enterprise application software components.
– Experience in the business case and technical document writing.
– Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.
– Excellent communications skill in English and Cantonese.
