Our client, a leading investment bank with a global presence, is now looking for an application support analyst to join their expanding technology team in Hong Kong.  The successful candidate will be tasked to support the bank’s front-office equity derivatives applications.

The role:
– L1/L2 support covering the bank front office equity derivatives applications:
– Work directly with the front office to support the traders, and other business units providing timely technical/functional support.
– Take ownership of production issues and provide incident management.

What you offer:
– 4+ years of front office application support experience at an investment bank or financial institution.
– Knowledge of equity derivatives products is highly preferred
– Possess energy and enthusiasm to thrive in high-pressure environments and work with a potentially demanding front office.
– Exposure in the following preferred: Windows Server, Unix, basic SQL/PostgreSQL, Javascript, Excel VBA, Python
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
