Our client, a top-tier investment bank, is looking for a strong operation analyst to join their cash equities and stock loan teams in Singapore to help manage a growing business.

Responsibilities:
– Support clients in post-trade execution activities including trade confirmations, reconciliation, and settlement, etc
– Manage complex transaction requests and queries to a high-quality standard.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
– Good understanding of the trade life cycle
– For the senior role, 3+ years of experience in equities operations is a must. Junior candidates will be considered for the stock loan operation analyst role
– Experience with vendor platforms such as CTM, Omgeo, Traiana, and Smartbridge is a plus
– Knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel and/or VBA is desirable
– Japanese is a great bonus because the role needs to support the Japanese market
– Great communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently, and take initiative
