Excellent opportunity for a talented and dedicated Technical Support professional to join a well-established financial institution.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
– Desktop Support across Front Office to Back Office, and VIP users
– Support and problems solving of Desktop, blackberry and market data
– Ability to troubleshoot and do first/second level telephony support for Cisco IP Telephony and voice recording system
– Assistance with upgrades and rollout of new software
– This role required shift work, but not including overnight shift
Preferred Skills:
– Working knowledge of Xtra/Bloomberg
– Windows Desktop, Blackberries
– Voice: VOIP / Cisco Call Manager, A/V Support
– Fundamental Networking skills (TCP/IP)
– Wintel (MCSE knowledge)
Requirements:
– You will have sound technical experience in fast paced working environments
– 1 – 4 years of experience in Banking support environments
– Possess a sound understanding of Microsoft operating systems and products
– A working knowledge of Network and Market Data services e.g. Bloomberg and Reuters products is highly desirable
