Our client, a global investment bank, is looking for an operation specialist to join the e-Client services team and work closely with the Sales to develop electronic offerings on FX Spot/ Derivatives and Fixed Income.

Responsibilities:
– Proceed with technical onboard of clients to multi-dealers platforms (Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess) or our internal trading platforms (SG Markets)
– Increase internal sales turnover by extracting existing clients/user’s configuration and adjusting the margin/tiering to capture more business flows or to update the configuration
– Troubleshoot any incidents happening on the electronic trading system including trading rejections, technical or functional issues

Requirements
– 1-4 years experience in eFx / eFI client services within a bank or trading solution providers
– Strong knowledge of eFX/eFI and external vendor platform onboarding
– FIX protocol knowledge is a plus
– Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication & multi-task skills with strong team spirit
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
