
Our client is a market leader in the cosmetic industry, they are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage their online presence in various online stores. Selected candidates will have the autonomy to drive the online P&L, visualization, marketing, and strategy etc. Great career growth and potential.
Responsibilities:
– Manage various online e-commerce channels in both China and International, including Tmall, JD, VIPshop, Taobao, eBay, Lazada etc.
– Design online sales strategy to capture business opportunities, customers sales, seasonal promotions etc.
– Responsible for the channel P&L and management. Make decisions on pricing, replenishment, turnover, product selections etc.
– Create new products portfolio to the online stores. Hands-on manage day-to-day operations.
– Work with marketing team and e-commerce support team to drive promotion, customer support, sales, and after services etc.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in managing an e-commerce store with an established enterprise, ideally in the cosmetic / beauty industry.
– Strong understanding of the online customer behavior and trends.
– Great sense of social media platforms and channels.
– Experience in driving sales revenue online.
– Strong communications in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
