Our client, a highly reputable luxury fashion group, is seeking highly talented and experienced E-Commerce Branding Director / Manager to manage their expanding E-Commerce business. These are new positions which you would have the great opportunity in driving e-Commerce business and develop future business strategies.
Director Responsibility:
– Formulate business strategies, tactics, and action plans in respond to the customer demand, demographic segmentation and performance results
– Identify and secure new brands and business, with the goal to deliver new growth opportunities across the e-Commerce platform across Asia Pacific
– Identify new business opportunities in merchandising, marketing, customer service, technology and operations, and geographic to ensure the market leadership as the e-Commerce platform across Asia Pacific and Great China
– Be Brands best partner by ensuring a bespoke innovative plan that synergises with offline business, guarantees market leadership online for brand and our business, delivers to individual brand plan and our P&L, and ensures longevity of partnership
– Oversee the operations, working closely with E-commerce Branding manager to ensure targets are met, and take corrective action immediately when behind plan
Manager Responsibility:
– Develop online merchandising matrix with the brand management teams with formulated business strategies, tactics and action plans in respond to the customer demand, demographic segmentation and performance results
– Manage the Brand Account with clear sales target and business goal
– Monitor and Manage the online product inventory and trade activities with recommend reordering and logistics
– Formulate online marketing strategies, and tactics, working with the Online Marketing team to deliver online marketing campaign
– Optimise the site by ensuring the product information is accurate as well as well presented and oversee the local delivery of global enhancements with their content and features
Candidate Requirements:
– With at least 5 – 10 years experience across the Fashion industry with a reputable international brand
– Proven track record of managing e-Commerce retail platform within the fashion industry
– Experience in Luxury Brand Management, Relationship Management and Account Serving
– Experience in operating an online store including managing the inventory, finance, and resource
– Excellent Command in English. Knowledge with French, Spanish or Italian would be highly preferred
– Able to work cross culturally and cross disciplinary
– Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
