Our client, a leading regional well-known tech enterprise is looking for a Digital Tech Development Lead. The selected candidate will be leading the technology development including Mobile, Web, and Salesforce. Great exposure, and opportunity with this fast-growing firm.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and development of the digital technology including Mobile and Web.
– Lead development teams to build the digital application platform.
– Work with the business and stakeholders to understand their requirements. Build an Agile methodology to constantly improve the platform design.
– Lead the functional requirements review, architecture development, and platform design.
– Drive or contribute to user interface design on mobile or web platforms;
– Lead the platform architecture solutions and roadmaps.
– Design and evaluate innovative solutions, and decide technical development plan.
– Ensure the application design is compiling the security and compliance standards.

Requirements:
– At least 8 years experience in application development, with solid experience in Web and Mobile platform.
– Extensive mobile application development experience across iOS and Android platform.
– Experience in managing development across native or hybrid mobile app.
– Strong development background in system design and architecture design.
– Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architect (SOA), Web services and mobile architecture patterns.
– Experience in Salesforce is an advantage.
– Agile Practitioner is an advantage.
– Great communication skills to work with stakeholders and drive new ideas.
– Ability to think outside the box. Experience to implement new mobile / digital ideas into an enterprise environment would be highly preferred.
