Our client, a global leading insurance firm, is looking for a strong Business Analyst for their next generation digital technology project. Selected candidate would be working with the design and development of the new digital platform. Great remuneration and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Work with business teams including marketing, operations, and distributions to identify the requirements and solutions for the greenfield digital technology platform, mainly on Mobile and Web.
– Aim to bring the best digital customer experience through the Asia region.
– Understand the business process to prepare specifications for the system development.
– Conduct testings to ensure the system are designed and developed according to the requirement specification.
– Build a strong relationship with the business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the common understanding of the requirements and impact to the business areas.
– Establish control of change requests, and consolidate and prioritize systems changes.
– Collaborate with UX team to create and review the UX/UI and GUI of the solutions.
– Support PMO in developing business cases and supporting documentation.

Requirements:
– At least 4 years experience in business analysis or relevant position.
– Life Insurance experience is preferred, especially with product distribution.
– Great experience in implementing digital technology i.e IoT, mobile and web.
– Strong analytical skills and experience using tools (UML or Rational) to gather requirements in a structured manner
– Good understanding of SDLC.
– Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
