Our client, a leading a leading e-Commerce Enterprise adopting some of the latest technology trends and development, is looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead their regional product development in APAC. You will be the soul person to lead the development team to build some of the most robust technology. Famous brand name and great exposure.

Responsibilities:
– As the Product Manager, this person has to think big. You will be outlining the detailed product specification with good documentations. You will create the design from high-level architecture down to module/program level.
– Lead the developers, designers, UX / UI and QA Engineer across every Agile iteration. You will decide which new requirements to deliver across various constraints.
– You will prioritize product roadmaps, design future product features and requirements.
– The right candidate also needs to have continuous improvement/quality mindset as he would be relied upon to suggest & implement improvement in the project lifecycle.
– Work closely with the business, customers or go outside to the public to find out what the company should design and develop next.

Requirements:
– You should have the experience in delivering good structure software and products.
– Great experience in writing functional specifications. Good at telling the development team, UX and QA what you would want to build.
– Innovative idea on using latest technologies.
– Candidate with in-depth e-Commerce experience is highly preferred.
– Sold experience in agile development methodology and SDLC.
– Excellent command in written and verbal English.
– Great communications skill to present the technology ideas to senior management and business.
– Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science from a reputable University.
– Excellent leadership skill and team building experience.
